I've spent my career inside boutique agencies and large enterprise companies sitting alongside clients to translate their messiest problems into products and systems that change how they do business, then delivering those products on the other side.
What I've seen from both sides: when teams don't have structure, strategy, or clarity, everything becomes urgent. Decisions get made emotionally. Deadlines get missed. Good ideas die in the chaos. Leadership ends up doing everything except leading.
That's a culture of urgency. I fix it by applying the same PM frameworks that build great digital products to the way your team actually works. I'm not a product manager by trade, but I've spent over a decade in those rooms, learning that discipline from the inside, and applying it somewhere no one else is: operations and marketing for small companies. Define the audience. Set the priorities. Build the roadmap. Execute without chaos.
